WHAT WE BELIEVE:
We believe in one God as declared in the Bible (Deuteronomy 6:4)
We believe the Bible is God's Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, 2 Timothy 1:13, Psalm 12:6) |
We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and man and is the savior of mankind. His death on the cross redeems us from the curse of sin, proverty, sickness and death. (Isaiah 9:6, Matthew 1:22-23, John 1:1-5, Hebrews 4:14-15) We receive salvation as a free gift by confessing Jesus as Lord and committing our entire life to Him. (Romans 3:23, 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6) We believe that water baptism is an outward act that demonstrates a believer's identification with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus (Matthew 3:16) We believe in being conformed to the image of Christ as His modern day disciples. (Romans 12:1-2) |
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God living in every believer to commune with him, lead him, produce Godly character, impart spiritual gifts, and empower him for service in the local church, community, and society. (Acts 1:8, 1Corinthians 12:4, 2Corinthians 13:14, Romans 8:14, Galatians 5:22-23) We believe in the power of prayer. (Matthew 7:7, Mark 11:24, John 14:13-14) We believe signs, wonders and miracles follow those who believe. If you are sick, or need a miracle God wants to do it for you. (Mark 16:17) Jesus is coming back just as he promised. (1Thessalonians 4:16-17) |

Embassy Church is committed to Biblical teaching and Word-living, so that Jesus is exalted throughout all spheres of society. (Religion, Family, Business, Government, Arts and Entertainment, Education, Media). We believe that, as the people of God, we are called to possess the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18) and bring our world into right relationship and position with Father God through faith in Jesus Christ. May God use us to bring our families, friends, and vocations back into right standing with the creator of the universe! |
